I didn't grow up being told I was enough.
I figured out early that certain parts of me were easier to hide than to explain. So I hid them. I made myself acceptable, manageable, small enough to fit into spaces that were never actually built for me.
And then one day I picked up a camera and realized I could see people in a way nobody had ever seen me. I could show them something true about themselves that they'd stopped believing.
That's what I've been doing ever since.
When you're in front of my lens, you're not a body to be flattered or a problem to be solved. You're a whole person with a history and a hunger and a specific kind of beauty that has nothing to do with whether you had a good morning or shaved your legs or fit into the pants you wanted to wear.
I'm going to do your hair. I'm going to do your makeup. I'm going to move you through this experience with my hands and my eyes and everything I know - and by the time we're done, you're going to see yourself the way I see you.
Which is whole. Which is enough. Which is exactly right.
You don't have to be ready. You just have to show up.

It's like walking into a safe sexy space to be yourself, or any version of yourself you want to be. She's relatable, caring, and most of all fun. I had just a blast being there, and an even bigger blast seeing the photos she took, I was absolutely astounded by the composition she captures and the movement of her photos. It's one thing to see a photo of yourself, but another to have a whole new perspective on how to see yourself, that to me is absolutely priceless and an experience I can only wish that everyone chooses to go on. Honestly cannot rave enough about how amazing Magan and her whole studio/vibe/expertise is.
From the first consultation phone call to the day of my shoot Magan was so easy to work with. It felt like we had been friends forever. She coached me with every text or call I made and gave advice when needed. They day of my shoot whatever nerves I had were gone as soon as I walked in her studio. The vibe was perfect and we danced and laughed the whole time. But as much fun as I had the pictures are amazing, professional and most importantly she captured the theme I was trying to achieve. I will always be proud of myself for checking that off my bucket list and grateful that I found the right photographer who truly understood and supported me. I loved it so much I went back for a second shoot. All I can say is you absolutely get what you pay for. Magan is gifted, creative and genuine. 5 stars is not enough!

Can I give more stars?! Magan is an absolute phenomenal photographer! I was nervous and thought I’d be so uncomfortable practically nude in front of a stranger. She does everything to make you feel safe, empowered and gorgeous. She also makes sure you have a fun time! The end result? The most beautiful pictures of myself I have ever seen. I had this photo session done as a gift for my husband’s birthday and he said it’s the best gift he has ever received.

I literally had a blast. She made me feel so welcomed and so comfortable she assisted with poses she made me feel beautiful, even when I felt really insecure about what my photos were gonna look like and when she showed me, she took the time to go in between and show me what they look like after I was posed and after that I was just comfortable in my own skin. She’s a beautiful soul and she’s a whole ass vibe. I love that she relates to her clients by talking to them and having conversation and I love how real she keeps the dynamic what a beautiful lady and she does amazing with her work. I would 100% do it again!
