The experience at my Ferndale studio is different from what most Michigan photographers offer.
Professional hair and makeup is included with every single session. I’m a licensed stylist so I handle everything personally before we ever pick up a camera. You arrive as you are and we ease into the morning together.
Every pose is guided from start to finish. You don’t need experience in front of a camera, confidence in your body right now, or any idea what you’re doing. That’s entirely my job. Yours is just to show up.
The studio is completely private. One client at a time, one experience at a time. No other photographers shooting in the next room, no strangers walking past, no shared spaces. Just you, in a studio designed around this specific kind of intimacy.
At the end of your session you’ll do a private image reveal and choose your favorites before you leave. Most Michigan women who make the drive say it was the easiest decision they made in the whole process.

If you’d rather not make the drive to Ferndale, I also offer on-location boudoir sessions across Michigan. In-home sessions at your own place, outdoor sessions on private property or the shores of Lake Michigan, and destination sessions for women who want something completely removed from their everyday life.

The Investment
The session fee is $750 which comes off your total collection. Most Michigan clients invest between $3,200 and $6,000 depending on the artwork, albums, and images they choose. Payment plans are available through Affirm, Klarna, and an in-house 0% interest option.

Is it worth driving from Grand Rapids, Lansing, or Traverse City? Every client who has made the drive says yes without hesitation. The combination of professional hair and makeup, a fully private studio, guided posing, and a same-day image reveal isn’t something available in most Michigan markets outside Metro Detroit. The drive becomes part of the experience.
Do you travel to other parts of Michigan for sessions? Yes. I offer on-location sessions across Michigan including in-home sessions, outdoor and nature sessions, and Lake Michigan beach sessions. Reach out with your location and we’ll figure out what makes sense.
Is hair and makeup really included? Yes with every session. I’m a licensed stylist so I handle it personally. You arrive with a fresh face and clean dry hair and I take it from there.
How far in advance should I book? Most Michigan clients book 6 to 8 weeks out. If you have a specific date in mind, reach out as early as possible to secure it.
What should I bring? 3 to 5 outfit options. Lingerie, a silk robe, an oversized sweater, something sentimental, anything that makes you feel like yourself. If you’re not sure, reach out before your session and I’ll help you plan it.
