What Is Nude Boudoir?
Nude boudoir doesn’t mean explicit or exposed.
It means stripped down—energetically and emotionally, just as much as physically.
It’s a co-creative process rooted in trust, safety, and soul.
Some of my favorite moments are the ones when a client says, “I never thought I’d do this… but I’ve never felt more like myself.”
What If I’m Nervous?
Totally normal.
Nude sessions are never rushed. They’re guided, grounded, and always paced to your comfort. Some clients choose to start clothed and slowly explore from there. Others come in ready to be seen—body and soul.
Consent and comfort are the priority, always.
Your boundaries are sacred. And the session doesn’t need to include full nudity to be powerful. Nude boudoir is about intention, not exposure.
What Types of Nude Boudoir Are There?
There’s no one way to show up bare.
Here are a few ways my clients love to explore nude boudoir:
- Implied Nudity: Covered with sheets, hands, or shadows
- Fine Art Nude: Silhouettes, backlit curves, body closeups/bodyscapes
- Editorial Nude: Tasteful, bold, creative styling (think body jewelry, florals, robes slipping off shoulders)
- Intimate Nude: Capturing vulnerability—soft, emotional, powerful

Where Do Nude Boudoir Sessions Happen?
Most of my nude boudoir sessions take place in my Ferndale studio—designed for warmth, comfort, and privacy. You’ll be surrounded by intentional lighting, soft textures, curated music, and space to fully relax and drop in. If you’re craving something even more intimate, I also offer luxury in-home boudoir experiences.
What If I Want to Keep My Photos Private?
Privacy is everything.
Your images are never shared without your written consent. Most of my nude boudoir clients keep their galleries 100% private—or choose a few anonymous or silhouette images to release. You get full control. And there is zero pressure to share.
